The Residence Peninsula is where coastal calm meets considered warmth. Bright, open, and quietly confident, every room is built around light, texture, and a sense of easy sophistication.
THE BRIEF
The client wanted a model that felt fresh and aspirational without tipping into cold minimalism, a space that would photograph beautifully for leasing while reading as genuinely livable. Approachable luxury was the goal: elevated, but never precious.
DESIGN DECISIONS
A crisp white envelope is warmed from within: a deep teal accent wall grounds the kitchen, brushed-brass fixtures add quiet glamour, and pale oak flooring keeps everything feeling light. Curved, sculptural upholstery softens the architecture, while layered textiles and organic greenery bring the rooms to life.
Art carries the personality. A cubist-style portrait anchors the living room, paired with a restrained pair of framed prints and natural accents that keep the palette calm. Every vignette, from the waterfall island to the styled console, is composed to feel collected rather than staged.
THE RESULT
The Residence Peninsula reads bright, current, and immediately inviting. It is the kind of model that photographs as beautifully as it lives, turning a first walk-through into the easy decision to call it home.
