THE BRIEF
The client wanted a model with genuine personality, a space that felt gathered over time rather than furnished all at once. Art was the organizing idea from the start: the model had to feel like the home of someone with a point of view.
DESIGN DECISIONS
A floor-to-ceiling, salon-style gallery wall anchors the living room, mixing abstract, figurative, and graphic works in matching black frames so the eye reads the composition as one confident statement. Warm cognac leather and a sculptural red velvet sofa give the color story somewhere to land.
Fluted wood, teal ceramics, and matte-black accents thread through the rooms, tying bold moments back to a grounded, tactile base. Even the bedroom, glimpsed beyond the living space, continues the palette so the whole model feels of a piece.
THE RESULT
The Assembly is a model with a memory. Visitors remember the gallery wall, the color, the sense that someone interesting lives here, and that emotional imprint is exactly what turns a tour into a signed lease.
