Nexus 45 is designed for the way people actually live: working, hosting, and unwinding, with warmth and intention layered into every corner.
THE BRIEF
The client needed a model that showcased flexible, functional living for a modern renter, a space that could flow from focused work to easy entertaining. It had to feel thoroughly put-together while still reading as effortless and unfussy.
DESIGN DECISIONS
An earthy palette of olive green, warm oak, and matte black gives the model a grounded, collected feel. A moody landscape painting over a black console sets a confident tone at the entry, while patterned accents and layered ceramics keep each vignette tactile and personal.
Function is designed in, not added on. A guest room doubles as a home office with a slim desk and swing-arm sconces, a dining nook is framed by cookbook shelves that invite lingering, and the kitchen pairs a built-in wine rack with cane-back stools for effortless hosting.
THE RESULT
Nexus 45 proves that function and beauty are not a trade-off. The model works as hard as it looks good, showing prospective residents a life that is organized, warm, and entirely their own.
